Help! I forgot to stop tracking my working hours - what do I do?

By time tracking, it might be a situation when the employee forgot to track your working time or forgot to stop the tracker, don't worry - it is possible to make changes in the time entries ( on the current week or before the timesheet would be approved by the manager) by sending a change time request to your manager. After the proposal is approved, your time entry will be automatically updated.

Let's try to update a working time entry together.

We are going to the Employee HUB, then click on Time Tracking

In the Time Tracking tab, we can see the overview of working hours per week and daily progress, also we could start tracking time and add time entry if it is needed.

For example, let's add a time entry on Monday 06.12.2021. Click on the button next to the current working day which you would like to update.

It is automatically added start and end times, which are could easily be changing by clicking on the clock sign(1) next to the start or end time.

The black square displays which variable has been chosen by setting the time. It is possible to set hours (2) and minutes (3).

It is also possible here to set a break time by clicking on the Add break button.

After completing the actions of setting working and break time, click on the Save changes button.

Well done! The request will be sent to the manager for approval. After approval, the current information will be displayed in the working progress.

If you forgot to stop your tracker, first of all, you need to finish your tracking by clicking on the clock out button.

Then leave a comment if it's needed and click on Confirm.

After finishing the current tracking it will be possible to add corrections in the working time/break time. Use the same manual as adding a new time entry.

After completing the setting working and break time, click on the Save changes button.

Well done! The request will be sent to the manager for approval. After approval, the current information will be displayed in the working progress.
