Configure which fields to export for payroll data changes
All changes during the Payroll Run in the object such as Employee, Employee Child, or Employee Workload are displaying in the documents.
From Setup, enter Employee Child in the Quick Find box, then select Employee Child object → Field Sets
or enter Employee in the Quick Find box, then select Employee object → Field Sets
or enter Employee Workload in the Quick Find box, then select Employee Workload object → Field Sets
All those objects contain record Payroll Run Default in Field Sets
It is possible to edit Payroll Run Default or create a new one.
If you have different Payroll Territories and want to use other fields in each territory, it also configures any Payroll Territorie. More information about the configuration you can find here.
Drag and drop the fields, which you need, then click Save
